Convening of employers and employees

Any employers who have not already done so, must send their email address to: cristina.tanini@interno.it The employers and employees convened must go to Via Cairoli, 27.
In order to avoid waiting it is best not to arrive at the Prefettura before the time indicated.

The employer must present the following documents:
- the original of receipt for the marca da bollo as indicated in the application;
- ID document of the person applying, in its original form, and two photocopies of it;
- Original of the employee’s recognition document being validated, and two photocopies of it;
- Photocopy of declaration of income where a domestic help is being employed to provide family assistance. When the income is combined with that of a family member, the applicant must present the above-mentioned documentation regarding the income of the other member or members of the family;
- Health care documentation demonstrating limited self-sufficiency of the subject for whom the assistance is being requested when the person being employed is for someone affected by a pathology or a handicap (original plus a photocopy);
- Original of the receipt of payment of the forfeited contribution of €500;
- Copy of the accommodation contract where the employee is accommodated (two copies);
- Certification of legal suitability (see appropriate section) of the accommodation as in the regional law regulating this area, with express certification of the health and hygiene aspect of the accommodation (original plus a photocopy). If this certificate has not yet been issued by the competent authority, a receipt of the relative application to the Comune where resident, or to the local health service office, must be attached.

Any false declarations or presentation of false documentation will lead to legal action.
The employer can delegate a member of the family by using the attached form. The delegated person must present, with the delegation, a copy of an ID document from the person delegating.
If the employer cannot be present for any reason other than health, another person may be delegated but only if supplied with the relative authority signed in the presence of a solicitor or lawyer, or a long-stay EU permit.
