Work: the transitory regime for Bulgarians and Rumanians confirmed for 2010
For citizens of Bulgaria and Rumania provisions made in 2009 for access to employment are confirmed also for 2010 without changes.
Therefore workers must continue to present an ID and fiscal code for the following work areas:
- agriculture and tourist hotels;
- domestic work and home care;
- construction industry, metal mechanical work, management and specialised work;
- seasonal work.
For all other types of work, employment of Rumanians and Bulgarians will take place by means of presentation of an application for “nulla osta” through the Sportello Unico for Immigration using the forms available for this purpose on the Ministry of the Interior site (www.interno.it).
