Who we are
The project
The Pratomigranti.it site has been created on the basis of a common desire expressed by many, both privately and publicly, to create a single reference point dealing with immigration, and which would contain and supply all the information needed by both Italian citizens and citizens from abroad.
This project was made possible thanks to the effort and resources provided by promoters and financers: the Municipality of Prato, The Province of Prato, The Prefecture of Prato, The Chamber of Commerce of Prato.
Through the site www.pratomigranti.it, the Territorial Council on Immigration (Cti) and its components will be able to spread information dealing with its services and activities dedicated to the world of immigration. The Cti, which acts within the Prefecture, is a collegial organ presided over by the Prefect and whose aim is to aid immigration and formulate proposals for the Ministry of the Interior so as to solve local problems linked to immigration.
