Notebooks produced by the Public Relations Office for a range of end users are a useful means of finding answers to everyday questions.
In particular the URP has produced two guides aimed at citizens both Italian and from other countries.
"A practical guide for citizens and migrants" where answers to frequently asked questions concerning entrance into Italy, stay in Italy, work, health and education can be found. This guide is translated into various languages: Spanish, English, Chinese and Arabic.
"Documents made simple: help in filling them out": help in filling out forms and subscriptions for all immigrants into Italy. This guide has been translated into English, Chinese and Arabic.
